If your slime arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.

Return Process

    Take clear photos or a short video of the damaged item or the incorrect product received, ensuring the shipping label is visible in at least one image.

    Email our customer service team at support@momoslimes.com with your order number and the documentation of the issue attached.

    Internal Review

    Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days to verify the claim against our quality control logs and shipping records.

  • 4.
    Resolution Processing

    Once approved, we will issue a replacement for the damaged item or provide a store credit refund if the specific slime is no longer in stock.
